Halloween Happenings!

I had a great time styling these two fun and festive Halloween themes, Hocus Pocus and Friendly Monster Mash!

For our Friendly Monster Mash I found the perfect green monster fabric. I chose to use grey sheets and a jeweled purple throw blanket as a nice complement to the green tents. All very monster-y. Then it came down to finding cute and fun monsters to put even the littlest guest at ease with Halloween. I created a cute and friendly mummy lantern and then found some adorable and soft huggable kitty bats. A few more familiar smiling monster faces, garland, rugs and cute pumpkin balloons, and our look was complete.

As a long time fan of Hocus Pocus I wanted to move away from the standard orange and black color scheme of Halloween and go with something a bit more Sanderson Sister fabulous! Our purple sheer tents were perfect for creating personal space for each guest while also keeping everyone visually connected while they cozied up in their tents to watch Hocus Pocus! I made a bold choice and used black throw blankets with this design. Black Halloween fabric around the fairy lights, fun witch brooms and adorable patchwork cats in birdcages added to this fun and whimsical look.
